We offer mindful and accessible Yoga & Pilates classes designed to support strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Our approach blends grounding Hatha, energising Vinyasa, and core-strengthening Pilates for all levels.

Founded by teachers with backgrounds in physiotherapy and psychotherapy, our teachers bring a therapeutic approach to movement and mindfulness.

Both have completed 200-hour yoga teacher training courses in Koh Phangan. We create safe, supportive, and transformative classes to help you move, breathe, and feel your best.
