    With a background in physiotherapy and a specialist interest in musculoskeletal and pelvic health, Ruby brings a deep understanding of movement and rehabilitation to every class. Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits and the need for better flexibility and mobility, Ruby soon discovered its powerful connection to strength and balance. Combining clinical expertise with yoga and Pilates, their teaching focuses on strength, stability, and mindful movement, making practices accessible and beneficial for all. Ruby is a has completed her APPI Matwork Pilates Level 1 & 2 and is Yoga Alliance-certified, having completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course in Koh Phangan.

    As a psychotherapist with a special interest in trauma, Elle was initially drawn to yoga as a meditative practice to manage stress and find balance. Over time, yoga became a key tool for nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and emotional resilience, shaping her approach to both therapy and movement. Her classes emphasise breath, grounding, and mindful movement, creating a safe and supportive space for all. Elle is also Yoga Alliance-certified, having completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course in Koh Phangan.
