What do I need to bring to the class?

Do I need a mat? We provide basic mats for comfort , but we would advice you to bring a towel or your own mat to put over the top.

What should I wear? Comfy, stretchy clothes that allow movement.

Should I bring water? Yes

Can I bring my own props? Yes if you want to, but we provide pillows, blocks, straps, weights etc.

Do I need socks or shoes? Yoga is done barefoot, but grip socks are optional for pilates

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes! Our classes welcome all levels, and beginners are always supported. 🙌

I have an injury, does that mean I can’t attend?

You can still attend—just let your instructor know about your injury for modifications, and check with your healthcare professional if needed. 

Do I need to be flexible to do Yoga or Pilates?

Nope! Yoga and Pilates help you build flexibility, so you don’t need to start with it. Come as you are, and your flexibility will improve over time!

I need to cancel a class, how do I do that?

Speak to one of the team, either by email or in person.
